1) Learn more about "The Fences Project, An Urban Gallery"
The Cultural Coalition of Allentown, City Center Allentown and Allentown Arts Commission are pleased to announce the artists selected in "The Fences Project: An Urban Gallery," the first in a continuing series of programs to shine the spotlight on Allentown's most talented, creative and dynamic artists in a variety of genres. Hear from the artists featured in this dynamic project at a press conference at 4:30 p.m., then join us at the Renaissance Hotel at the Mezzanine for an informal reception at 5 p.m.

2) Celebrate Pride Month at the Allentown Art Museum
Start your evening with good wine served with a great cause in mind. OneHope Wine will be available in the Art Ways Lounge. Bring your own camera or borrow one of AAM's for a photography workshop, test your whit in trivia about topics from history to LGBT culture, and be sure to take time to meet Sidra Smith and see a screening of her film "A Luv Tale". Plus, if you haven't checked out the Museum's current exhibit, "Who Shot Sports" now is the time! And did we mention entry is free Thursday evenings?

It's that time again - Token Allentown is presenting a new pop up shop! 27thStreetPress will be taking over the shop with their handmade notebooks! The artist, Dee, creates notebooks that have a sense of humor. Stop by on Third Thursday to meet the artist and purchase some of her work!

5) Meet the Artist - Ellen Grim Harter
Head to the Baum School of Art to celebrate the colorful work of Ellen Grim Harter, the granddaughter of Walter Emerson Baum. Her work was inspired by her greandfather's impressionistic landscapes and village scenes, along with her love of art history, her family and her travels with her husband. Meet her from 6-8 p.m. and enjoy her colorful take on the world. Wine, beverages, and light fare will be served. All receptions and exhibitions are free and open to the public to enjoy!

6) Moving Bodies on Gallery on the Walk
Artist, Josh Miller, is bringing something new and unique to RE:Find's Gallery on the Walk!
The "Moving Bodies" exhibition includes two large-scale installations that immerse participants in an interactive experience. Wave Form and Listen With Your Eyes transforms kinetic energy into digital visualizations. Wave Form is an interactive installation composed of infinite wave patterns generated in real-time with properties that can be controlled by the participants in the exhibition space. Listen With Your Eyes is an interactive installation composed of generative visuals and audio, projection mapped on a series of moving panels Make sure to stop by for the Artist Reception from 5-9pm and check out the amazing exhibit!
